Shift Work Patterns Can Anyone Help With Sexual Harassment At Work Affecting New Shift Patterns?

Can anyone help with sexual harassment at work affecting new shift patterns? - shift work patterns

Sexual harassment in the workplace has affected my change models.
I have recently reported cases of abandonment of a male colleague at my part time job. This has already been discussed informally, as I wanted. Later, my boss has cut my change in my ear to the other (male) employee, my hours. I think it is the complaint I have are related. What should I do? I do not know whom to ask for advice. Thank you.

The employer is legally obliged to operate a complaints procedure. Request a copy please arrange a meeting there with the procedure to discuss your concerns with your supervisor. You can bring to a colleague or union representative. If you want a formal legal advice (I am a lawyer), then you can contact me directly.

The question you must internally before doing anything else.

Therefore, you must write to your manager, with copy to Human Resources staff to complain (of course, you say) on grounds of sexual harassment and discrimination.

You must by law to investigate your complaint and get to know you and to speak. If they do not, send a letter to someone in the management chain.

If you have any questions or if you want to look over your letter, e-mail while I am a man, and I hate it when things happen like this!
